Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made on suwfyz.com (“SUWFYZ”, “we”, “us”). All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to this policy.
1. What we sell
SUWFYZ sells pre-recorded online video classes on stock market zone trading (supply & demand). Classes 1 to 5 are free. Paid products are:
- Single paid classes (Class 6 to 20), each with 90 days of access
- The full course (all 20 classes), with 90 days of class access and the premium mentorship group
- Course renewal (extra 90 days of class access)
- ZoneX packs (course + ZoneX tool and/or indicator for 1 year) at suwfyz.com/zonex.php
- ZoneX access — Zone Scanner + Pro Analytics on zonex.suwfyz.com: ₹999 for 30 days or ₹9,999 for 1 year — both one-time payments, no auto-renewal
ZoneX is a web-based chart analysis tool that marks demand and supply price zones as taught in the course. It does not give buy/sell tips or investment advice, does not place trades and does not hold any customer money.
All products are digital. We do not sell physical goods, and we do not provide trading tips, signals or investment advice.
2. Refund eligibility

A class counts as “watched” once it has been played from your account. Our system records watch progress for every account.
3. When refunds are not possible
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment
- When the watch limit in the table above has been crossed
- Expired access (after the 90-day access period)
- Accounts suspended for sharing logins, recording or redistributing course content
- Software tools or indicator access, once activated
- Free access granted by SUWFYZ (nothing was paid)
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@suwfyz.com from your registered email with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_, shown in your payment receipt) - A short reason (optional)
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
The refund is the amount you actually paid. Revolt Points used for a discount are not returned. Once refunded, access to the related classes and the premium group is removed.
5. Cancellation
All payments are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals, so there is nothing to cancel. ZoneX access simply ends after the period you paid for (30 days or 1 year) unless you choose to pay again. A purchase cannot be cancelled after payment except through a refund under this policy.
6. Delivery (shipping) policy
There is no physical shipping. After a successful payment, access is delivered instantly to your SUWFYZ account on suwfyz.com. You can watch the classes at suwfyz.com/courses.html. A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email.
ZoneX access is switched on automatically on zonex.suwfyz.com for the email you logged in with, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If your access is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, email hello@suwfyz.com with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you in full.
