These terms apply to your use of suwfyz.com (“SUWFYZ”, “we”, “us”) and any course you buy on it. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. About SUWFYZ
SUWFYZ is an online education platform that teaches supply & demand zone trading through pre-recorded video classes. We are based in Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Education only — not investment advice
- Trading in stocks, options, futures and commodities involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose all the money you trade with.
- We do not promise or guarantee any profit, income or result.
- All trading decisions you make are your own responsibility.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy a course.
- Give correct details when you sign up. One account is for one person only.
- Do not share your login. Accounts that are shared may be suspended without refund.
- To open paid classes, a one-time mobile verification (through Telegram) may be required.
4. Purchases, prices and access
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Single paid classes and the full course come with 90 days of access from the date of payment, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- The premium mentorship group is a Telegram group for zone discussion and doubt clearing. Its access period is shown on the course page at the time of purchase.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Your existing purchase is not affected.
- ZoneX (zonex.suwfyz.com) is a web-based chart analysis tool that marks demand and supply zones on stocks, commodities and currency pairs, as taught in the course. ZoneX access costs ₹999 for 30 days or ₹9,999 for 1 year (one-time payments, no auto-renewal), or comes with a ZoneX pack for 1 year. It is for education only: it does not give buy/sell tips or investment advice, does not place trades and does not manage your money. Zones can be wrong; any trade you take is your own decision.

5. Revolt Points
Revolt Points are earned by playing games on the site and can be used only as a discount on the full course, as described on the website. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be capped or changed. Points earned by misuse (multiple accounts, scripts, etc.) may be removed.
6. Content and copyright
All videos, text, charts, names and logos on SUWFYZ belong to SUWFYZ. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch the classes during your access period. You must not record, download, copy, resell, upload or share the classes or materials. Doing so ends your access without refund and may lead to legal action.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no hacking attempts, fake payments, spam, abuse of other members, or attempts to get around access controls. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The website and classes are provided “as is”. We try to keep everything available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, SUWFYZ is not responsible for any trading loss or indirect loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
